Emily Flanagan is a licensed therapist in Iowa. She specializes in adolescent care, trauma-informed approaches, and working with individuals experiencing body-image issues due to a variety of issues. Emily is passionate about providing a space where people can feel safe and free to be themselves. 

Her experience working with individuals impacted by trauma strengthened her knowledge and skills in creating safety, and her focus on implementing Health at Every Size (HAES) principles into her approach allows her clients the comfort to be their authentic selves in sessions. 

She graduated from Midwestern State University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and earned her Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, reading, being active, and learning new things.
