We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dynamic team in a clinical setting. Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients dealing with mental health challenges, including eating disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessional disorders, and mood disorders.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs.
Utilize evidence-based practices in psychotherapy to facilitate healing and recovery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and coding as per clinic standards.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all aspects of client care and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the hospital or clinic setting to provide integrated care for clients.
Stay informed about current best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Maintains an independent, unrestricted license as a therapist or counselor in the state of practice.
Experience in eating disorders is preferred.
Commitment to a weight-neutral approach is required.
Comprehensive knowledge and training in the delivery of nutrition therapy via telehealth.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to confidentiality.
Abides by the code of ethics subscribed to by the respective licensing organization.
Access to a computer with video and audio capabilities and have skills in basic problem-solving related to technology issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in coding for mental health services is a plus.
Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting is desirable.
